We Believe...

At Belonging Early Learning Centre, we believe that every child is special and individual.

Our educators believe that all children have the right to be treated equally and with respect, regardless of culture, lifestyle, language, ability or gender.

We value the reciprocal relationships that we build with children, families and staff and we strive to make Belonging ELC a centre that provides a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment.

We believe families play the most important role in their child’s early learning and development and strongly value and respect the insights and traditions that each family brings to us. We seek to involve families in the centre’s decision making.

We respect the Indigenous custodians of this area and connect with the local community by acknowledging and incorporating the resources available to us.

About The Owners

Our owners are passionate ambassadors for caring early childhood education and have stood at the helm of Belonging since the very beginning. Despite their growth and many years of experience, you can still find them engaged in the day to day running of our centres.

Operating for over 10-years, they have grown to understand the time pressures and flexibility needs of all parents and carers of small children. It has become their mission to ensure their centres provide the best possible care and nurturing support to the unique needs of each child that enters their care.
